Location

We are located at 2141 Lasalle Blvd inside of Advantage Physiotherapy. Please enter through the main doors and have a seat in the waiting room to the left of the reception desk.

Please note that all patients are now required to have a credit card on file when booking an appointment online. There is no charge to the credit card at the time of booking. The card may be used to pay for services rendered after the appointment, and any unpaid accounts for cancellation or no-show fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

• Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of the practitioner.

Maternity Leave Update:

Lindsay will be taking maternity leave beginning March 20th. Dr. Trisha Hewitt is available on Thursdays beginning March 26th, until the end of June.
